Success Fee – This is payable once we have exchanged on your dream property.

We work together to create a brief that encompasses everything that you are looking for in your dream property. From desired suburbs, budget, inclusions and exclusions, we cover it all.
I get to work searching for properties that fit the brief. This can include off market, pre market and on market properties. I don’t stop until we find your new home!
Once we have found the diamond in the rough, I get to work negotiating and performing due diligence on your behalf. Organising pest & building inspections, liaising with real estate agents and solicitors are just some of the tasks that I can take care of, so you don’t have to worry.
With your new home secured, I will help you through the entire purchase process, making it a stress free and enjoyable experience.
